Derby Originals Comfort Stretch series of lycra wear was designed with your horse’s comfort in mind. All of Derby’s lycra wear is made of soft, stretchable, non-rubbing and moisture-wicking lycra that won’t damage or break your horse’s fur, but instead protect it from dirt/debris, insects, polish the coat, and harmful UV rays. Our lycra wear is also perfect for training your horse’s mane to lay flat or to one side, for keeping the coat clean and shiny, and for preventing sun bleaching. It can also be used to keep braids and banded hair neat and tidy. Our lycra gear can also be used as blanket underlayments as a non-bulky warming layer.
Lycra fabric resists tears, snags, and has excellent stretching properties and “memory”. Our design features extra large eye and ear holes to accommodate for differences in each horse’s build, while still allowing for a perfect fit.

MACHINE WASHABLE - all of Derby Originals lycra wear is machine washable. It is recommended that you use warm water with gentle horse-safe, bleach-free detergent, and avoid fabric softener/dryer sheets. All lycra wear should be hang dried.

Returns Period for Wholesale Customers
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Only items from your most recent order are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Dealer's are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any items returned will be refunded in the form of store credit. Only defective or damaged items are eligible for a refund back onto the original payment method used to place the order with a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Received Wrong Items/Defective Products
In the case of an issue with an order such as receiving the wrong color/size/type of item, we will provide a return shipping label at our discretion, as well as the cost of shipping to send you the correct item if an exchange is desired.
Past 30 Day Return Period
No returns are accepted after 30 days. We may allow select returns or exchanges after this period at our discretion. All returns received back after the 30 day returns period are subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. We will not pay return shipping after the fourteenth day- all shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Return shipping for exchanges is provided by us if they are requested through our website. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for any exchanges not requested through our website. Once we have received your exchanged item and verified that it has not been used, we will send out your replacement item.

Saddle Return Policy
All regular sale saddles are eligible for return within thirty days of receiving your item, with a 20% re-stocking fee deducted. Used saddles will not be accepted. If your saddle is found to be used upon return (Ex. horsehair on the underside, the saddle being dirty, etc.), your return will not be accepted. Your options then will either be to pay to have the saddle returned to you, to pick the saddle up at our warehouse, or forfeit the return of the saddle and your refund. Bargain Bin and Closeout saddles are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
If you need to return a product because of a defect and or issue covered by an existing warranty, then you must contact the manufacturer of the product directly. We are not responsible for manufacturer warranties. As only the seller, we cannot honor them. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer and register their warrantied products. Bargain Bin and Closeout items are not covered under any warranty for any reason.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that all legal disputes are to be filed in the Massillon Court, Ohio only.
Closeout, Bargain Bin, and Scratch and Dent Returns
Any items that are marked “Closeout,” “Bargain Bin,” or “Scratch and Dent” are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. These items are deeply discounted and are considered as-is final sales. No refunds will be issued for these products. Bargain Bin items may consist of returned items, closeout, discontinued, last piece, missing pieces, warehouse find, water damaged, and or scratch/dent products. These products are sold as is and are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule and by buying these products you agree to abide by our no returns policy. Please contact us to inquire about any additional information regarding a Bargain Bin product. Bargain Bin items are not covered under any warranty even if the original product has a warranty.
