-Returns / Exchange Policy-
We adhere to a fifteen (30) day return or exchange policy for all qualifying merchandise. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, with all of the original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund. For a complete list of qualifications, please read below as some items may not qualify. Items that are labeled BARGAIN BIN, Closeout, or Scratch and Dent are not eligible for return for any reason.

If you would like to make an exchange or return, you will need to contact us within (30) days of receiving your order. Failure to do so will void your right to a refund or exchange. Items without the original tags and packaging, or items that have been used or are dirty are subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. Tack Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any return that has been clearly used or has been damaged by the customer not due to a defect.

To exchange or return an item, the customer MUST obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by completing this form. Tack Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any package without a return authorization number, and no exchange or refund will be given at that time. This is for security reasons and business operation purposes.

We believe in customer satisfaction and providing quality goods to our customers. We retain the right to decline any refund if we feel the return policy is being abused by a customer.
