We offer the two shipping options - FedEX please be sure to provide a physical street address for your package as Fed Ex will not deliver to a P.O. Box address with the exception of Smart Post. Packages shipped by Smart Post are picked up by Fed Ex delivery truck, but delivered to the customer by US Postal Service ultimately.
Fed Ex offers Home Delivery, Second day Air and Overnight shipping options. Customers do not have to sign for package delivery. The carrier will leave the package at the address provided.
All Fed Ex Overnight orders placed on Fridays will deliver on Monday the next business day as Fed Ex does not offer home delivery on Saturdays to most addresses.
All wrong addresses provided by the customer will incur a $11.00 address correction charge by Fed Ex for which the customer will be responsible.
Orders shipped by USPS could have a P.O. Box address if your home address is rural. The address provided must be a deliverable address for your local Postal Service. If your home address is rural you may have it delivered at your P.O. Box address .It is extremely important to provide your correct shipping address for your orders placed. Providing incorrect or undeliverable address will result in the package being returned to the shipper by the the mail carrier with a return due postage that will be billed to the customer.
Upon receipt of your package please check to make sure to check your merchandise. All damages or short orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Drop Ship orders may take longer than the mail carrier option you selected. If you have any questions about delivery time please call customer service.
Customers may place their order on line or by phone using these payment methods.Credit cards ( Visa Card, Master Card, & Discover ), PayPal, Checks / Money orders. Orders paid by credit cards and confirmed PayPal address will be shipped immediately. If paid by an unconfirmed PayPal address or by personal checks we will hold the order for 12 days. Orders paid by money order will be shipped immediately when the payment is received. A $11 charge for an address change will be billed to customers who supply a wrong address.
For all International orders or large domestic orders, the preferred payment method is Bank Wire Transfer. Customers may place the order and select Wire Transfer as the payment method. Upon receipt of the confirmed order, the customer will be provided our Bank details via email, within 24 hours. The order will ship as soon as the receipt of the payment is confirmed by our receiving bank, which usually takes about 2 to 4 days. If the order is paid by credit card, in order to protect our customers the company holds the right to request the customer to forward credit Card verification information via email or fax ( a photo ID showing the customers name & Billing address, or a latest copy of the credit card statement )

Canada -We ship to Canada via USPS only, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges plus any Duty or Taxes due once the parcel has cleared customs. We can confirm the shipping charges via email.
We will ship international orders via USPS or Fed Ex and will confirm shipping charges via email before your parcel is shipped. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges plus any duty or taxes due once the parcel has cleared customs. Orders may be placed online at www.tackwholesale.com or by calling 1-866-BUY-TACK. Orders are shipped by FedEx or USPS, which is determined by the customer's choice at checkout. Shipping charges for each carrier are calculated according to their own specification, and therefore prices for each carrier will be different. If your mail does not come to your house, don not use that as your shipping address. P.O. Box and Ground Shipments below 2 lbs. will be shipped by USPS. All English and Western Boots will be shipped by Fed Ex.
Tackwholesale.com offers Standard Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping service for all domestic orders. We also offer Express International shipping in most countries worldwide. Custom Duties may apply to international order based on the regulations of each country. Freight rates are determined by the dimensional weight and destination of the package. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated at the time of checkout. Orders over $500 require signature unless otherwise stated during purchase.
Next Day or 2nd Day Air Shipping orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will not be shipped until the following business day. Next day air packages arrive by the end of day on the first full business day after shipment. 2nd Day Air packages arrive the second full business day after shipment.
Placing your order very late in the day, after 2 p.m. EST and our last shipment has been picked up, will affect shipping time. Orders shipped Next Day can take 2-3 business days to arrive and orders shipped 2nd Day can take 3-4 business days to arrive.
Fed Ex Smart Post takes 7-9 days to be delivered. This shipping method is delivered by USPS. Please note that your delivery address must be a PO Box or physical street address where USPS delivers your mail. Do not select this option if you live in an undeliverable rural area. If the packaged is returned to us undeliverable, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for both the return postage and to reship the package.
An order may be canceled only before the package has not been shipped out. Once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled. Customers may contact us to return the package at their cost with a return authorization request if they do not wish to keep the order.
Packages must be shipped to correct deliverable addresses only. For all packages shipped out by us with an incorrect or non deliverable address provided by the customer and returned to us, a return postage will apply for which the customer will be responsible. A re-shipping fee will also apply to reship the package. If the returned order is canceled by the customer, a refund will be issued less the postage both ways.
The free shipping promotion is for Standard Ground shipping to the continental 48 states only. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. During promotional events such as free shipping, we reserve the right to change the shipping method to the most economical, such as First Class Mail or Parcel Post. Also during free shipping events, our company has the right to combine multiple orders.
If the Custom Duties are not paid by the customer, we reserve the right to charge them.
You can rely on our fast and friendly shipping department! Most orders received before 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped that day from our location in North Canton, Ohio. Orders received after 3:00 pm will normally be shipped the next day, except for Smoky Mountain booots. Smoky Mountain boots must be ordered before noon. Your order is shipped to you the way you have specified when ordering. Although infrequent, delays can occur, so please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing. Please allow extra time for products drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Any order placed after 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Any order placed late on Friday, all day Saturday, or all day Sunday will ship out the following Monday. Next day Air orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping rates are based on where you are located in relationship to our North Canton, Ohio warehouse, and how your order will be shipped. APO & FPO orders must be shipped by US Mail with all shipping charges paid by the customer. The time in-transit of Fed Ex Ground is based on your delivery address distance from our North Canton, Ohio headquarters. Please note, Fed Ex Ground delivers Monday through Friday. Holidays are not included as a delivery day.
Upon receipt of your package, please inspect for any damages caused in transit or shortages. If damage should occur, keep all evidence for inspection.
