This is a nice halter and lead combo. The crown piece is nice but not as shown in the photo. I swapped out the hardware on the lead with a regular brass snap, so I also have a removable chain that I can use with any lead line.

These halters are a great deal. I wish they still had the yearling size, which was perfect for my ponies.

we like having the breakaway strap for horses that need their halters left on in the pasture.

This is the third time I have purchased multiples of this halter. Others in my barn have safety halters, but this one is distinguishable because it has a design overlay. My only request would be a traditional snap on the throat latch, rather than the kind you need to pull back.
