I ordered this saddle pad for myself, as a Christmas present from my Husband! Ladies, you know how sometimes we have to do that to get exactly what we want! Hubby did do well, getting me a beautiful diamond braclet but after riding today I am a true believer that this saddle pad is worth more than the braclet! The pockets are large enough to carry all I need out on the trail. The pockets are mounted on the pad very well and at a level easy to get to. The pad did not slip at all, kept my saddle in place through out the 6 hr trail ride. EXCELLENT BUY!

YOU SAY THAT IS THE BEST SADDLE PAD IN THE USA!!! - - Let me tell you - - THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! - - I LOVE IT!!! I got it for my girlfriend for xmas as I got one from a local tack store - she loved it and went to buy it and the new owners didn't know where it came from and couldn't find one like it...but the one I got her is soooo much nicer then the one I got..... sooo much nicer. I just wish I had gotten one too - - but can't see buying another one - when I am mostly a western - ranch rider...

This saddle pad is very hard to find elsewhere! I am so glad I came across it! The pockets on this saddle are placed perfectly so when I use it with my saddle I can easily get to them and actually use them! The quality of the saddle pad is very good, especially for the price!! Awesome saddle pad!

Very sturdy and well made. Good, heavy weight and quality cotton quilted fabric with nice fleece lining along top for extra padding on the horses' back. You won't need another back protector pad with this one. The pockets are big with strong velcro closures. I carry a hoofpick, vetwrap roll, extra leadshank and an extra snap and can still fit a small water bottle and a snack in just ONE of the 2 pockets!
Pad machine washes and dries well, with no shrinkage and minimal if any fading.
An excellent quality and durable trail pad!
