or exchanges on ANY Courbette Saddles or Closeout Items.
We adhere to a fifteen (15) day return or exchange policy for all of our
merchandise. The merchandise must be in its original, unused
condition, with all of the original tags and packaging
to qualify for a refund.
If you would like to make an exchange or return, you will need to contact
us within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your order.
Failure to do so will void your right to a refund or exchange.
Items without the original tags and packaging may only
be exchanged upon approval or returned for conditional
store credit only.
To exchange or return an item, the customer MUST obtain a return authorization
number (RA#). Tack Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any package
without a return authorization number, and no exchange or refund will
be given at that time. This is for security and business
operation reasons.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all cancelled Special Orders once the order is packed and ready to be shipped.
To obtain your return authorization number (RA#) and return address,
please fill out the form below and someone will be
in contact with you as soon as possible.
Before returning or exchanging any merchandise, please be sure to note
the following items:
- All items should be returned using the original packaging.
If this is not possible, please include as much of the
original packaging as possible.
- ALL shipping costs must be paid by the customer. If
exchanging an item, Tack Wholesale may discount shipping
up to 50 % of the original amount paid.
This is up to Tack Wholesale's discretion.
- Your return authorization number (RA#) must be written
on the outside package where it is clearly visible. We
do not accept any packages at our PO Box address, and
the correct return address will be given to you during
your initial contact with the returns and exchanges department.
Tackwholesale reserves the right to refuse any package
without a return authorization number (RA#).
- Please review the terms and conditions before sending
any merchandise to us.
- All authorized returns must be received by us within
fourteen (14) business days of the initial contact with
returns and exchanges department.
All returns are subject to approval by the Tack Wholesale staff prior to a
refund being given or an exchange being made. If items are found to be unacceptable,
the item will be refused or a restocking fee applied.
Horse fluids, such as urine and sweat, are highly acidic. Any suede
leather item that comes in contact with such fluids will bleed and is not
covered by their warranty. Tack Wholesale is not responsible for such
incidents, and the items are not returnable.

Terms and Conditions
All exchanges & returns must
be authorized via email. Customers are required to fill out the
exchange/return form on line found on our home page for any
exchanges or returns. Upon receipt of this form an RA & will be
automatically issued via email within 1-2 days with return
instructions. All packages returned must have the RA number clearly
marked on the box just above the label. Customers are responsible
for return shipping charges.
All merchandise returned and found to be used will be
destroyed and no refund or exchange will be issued.
All merchandise returned without its original packing or tags
will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Sales are final on any embroidered items and therefore are not
returnable.
All Horse Clothing: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Horse Clothing due to health reasons once it is out of the bag.
Also some horses do not take well to sheets / blankets & will often destroy them. Tackwholesale is not responsible for any horse clothing that is torn and destroyed once it has been on the horse. Any returned horse clothing will be destroyed.
English & Western Boots:
Boots may be tried on the carpet and can be returned
for an exchange or refund. Used boots with mud, dirt or wrinkles are
destroyed and no refund will be issued.
There will be a $15.00 restocking fee for all
drop shipped boots from Abilene, Smoky Mountain, or Tuffrider. Original Boot Box must be returned Unmarked and Undamaged. Additional $5.00
fee will be
charged for any damaged or marked boxes that Cannot be re-used.
Please make sure to return the boots inside the carton it was shipped in &
do not write on the boot box.
Saddles and Harness Sets: A $50.00 restocking fee will apply
to all saddles returned.
In case of an exchange or store credit this fee will be waived off.
All
harness sets returned for a refund will
have a $20 restocking fee applied to the refund. Other
items purchased through our website and returned without original packing
materials and tags will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You
can return items for a store credit within 15 days of receipt and the restocking fee
will be waived.
Special order items are not returnable. Shipping charges are
not refundable once the items have been shipped and will therefore
apply for all refused
packages. Once the order has been marked shipped by the warehouse it
cannot be canceled.
Tackwholesale.com will not be
held responsible for any fee imposed by your card issuing bank
for any credit card transactions due to being either over the limit
or for any other reasons. This will be the responsibility of the
customer.
Wire transfer fees deducted by
the originator bank will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your bank about origination fees so they will not
deduct any amount of fee from the wire transfer amount sent.
