I recently purchased two of these in the oversize fit to use on my young draft cross geldings. They are generously sized and easy to adjust. The headstalls also easily fit my 17.1 hand Thoroughbred who requires a warmblood size bridle, as well as a half Belgian mare who has a rather big head. The leather is nice and soft and the hardware seems sturdy and well made. They are good looking headstalls in the natural finish, but I would love to see this offered in a darker finish. The leather accepted oil very evenly and they would probably be easy to darken at home. I have been completely happy with the quality and service from this company and have purchased a hunt bridle and leather halters in addition to these headstalls.
