It's pretty sad when a company deletes negative feedback to make their prospective customers believe that all is well in the world of "Tackwholesale". I posted a not so favorable comment as did one other person .. and low and behold our comments have been removed.
Did I purchase this saddle ... yes .... am I happy with it ... marginally .... was it worth the money .... no, especially when you add in all the problems that I have had dealing with Tackwholesale on a defective product that required replacement. I purchased the saddle in January and its July ... I am still trying to get reimbursed (as promised by Tackwholesale) for my shipping of the defective saddle back to the manufacturer ($98.00). Tackwholesale refused to send a call tag for the saddle and now will not honor its word to me to reimburse me for my shipping expenses.
