I want to let you know how pleased I am. I placed 2 orders last week, including an order for a saddle. The shipping was very reasonably priced and very quick. Everything arrived in very good condition; I'm happy with the quality and happy with the price. Not only that, but I made several phone calls with questions about what I was buying. Everytime I called I was treated well and my questions were patiently answered.
The icing on the cake was when the bridle I ordered was not in stock. I received a phone call within a couple hours of my online order being placed to explain the trouble and you substituted with an even better bridle. I received that shipment the next day! Thank you so much for quality products at great prices and excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised all around. Keep up the good work & thanks again!

Decent quality, looks nice. Nice stitching and craftsmanship. Dye stained my hands and the horse's head after oiling the leather, but I expected that. Overall, a nice bridle.

I was actually suprised at the quality of this bridle. I expected low grade, but its excellent. Fabulous for the price!!! A little stiff, but hey...its brand new. I expect it will soften nicely.
