Dealer Terms and Conditions
|

To ensure the safety and proper use and distribution of Tackwholesale
products, the following terms and conditions apply to all dealer accounts:

Products
|
All dealers are required to keep a stock of Tackwholesale items,
not including saddles, harness sets, or drop shipped boots. These
items we will gladly hold and ship for you at your request. Any
other items being advertised in your store (storefront or otherwise)
must be physically stocked at your location.
Our express, written consent must be obtained to use Tackwholesale
product images, descriptions or other sales and promotional material
online, in online stores, or in print form. An application for this
permission can be obtained upon request. Each product image or description
must be accounted for, and upon approval Tackwholesale will mail hardcopies
to you. Copying pictures or descriptions from the Tackwholesale website is
not permitted. Violation of this policy will cause your dealership status
to be revoked indefinitely.
There are no discounts on the following name brands: Ozark, American Saddlery,
and Courbette.
There are no returns on the following name brand products, including Abilene,
Ferrini, Smoky Mountain, American Saddlery, Courbette, Alamo, Ozark, and Bullhide.
There are no returns on items drop shipped from the Tackwholesale warehouse
to your customers. This is the responsibility of the dealer. Any drop shipped
items for return that are sent to the warehouse will be refused and returned to
sender.
There is a minimum opening order of $300.00. This order must be fulfilled after
the account is activated. We reserve the right to cancel any initial dealer order
that does not fulfill these requirements.

Behavior
|
Tackwholesale asks that you respect the copyright on all product purchased
through our system. Copying product designs of products we carry and
manufacturing them independently is prohibited.
We also ask that you do not misrepresent products that are purchased through
Tackwholesale. Representing products as being manufactured specifically for
a certain company or stable is not allowed. Please be truthful and correct
when presenting our products to your customers.
The Tackwholesale website is copyrighted. This information is displayed
prominently at the bottom of the screen for your perusal. Any copying or selling
of the Tackwholesale web design is strictly prohibited.
If you are planning to open an online store, then we require that you stock at
least one (1) of each product you plan to advertise. Advertising certain products
under the pretense of having these items in stock and ordering them as the need
arises is prohibited.
Tackwholesale will gladly drop ship large or heavy items directly to your customers,
but we are not to be used solely as a drop shipper.
hese terms and conditions must be upheld by the Tackwholesale dealers, and will be
strictly enforced. Tackwholesale also reserves the right to revoke dealership status
at any time, with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to revoke dealership
status due to violation of policy, bad business practice, or inflammatory dealings
with Tackwholesale. These terms and conditions may also be updated at anytime with or
without the dealer´s consent.
Please remember that as a dealer, you are a branch of the Tackwholesale name,
and your behavior and business practice should reflect such.
