This is a very high quality item, heavy leather and the measurements are EXACTLY as described; I measured my 1" straps prior to ordering and the fit is terrific.

Actually, the converters will not work. So, I'm kinda bummed. My straps are too wide for your buckles. I'm afraid that my lag in return time will cause me to have wasted my money.
So far as ranking customer service...that is hard to do yet because I've not yet contact them regarding the problem. But, I will say that a proacative request for feedback is a "positive" attribute for customer service...assuming that someone actually reads the comments and they don't just end up at the bottom of someone's "to-do" list. Curious though how you've defaulted your feedback form response to "EXCELLENT" if no choice is made. You might consider defaulting the response to blank (or as least a mid-range setting) to facilitate more realistic feedback.
